HOW TO ORDER

THE PROCESS

WHETHER YOU OPT FOR CUSTOMISABLE WEDDING INVITATIONS OR GO BESPOKE, I’M HERE TO MAKE THE ORDERING PROCESS PAIN FREE.

The first step is to get in touch to let me know which designs you’re interested in, plus as many details, such as guest numbers, that you know at this stage. This will give me enough info to send you some pricing details.

Next, we’ll book in a consultation call. Once I’ve got to know more about you and your style, I’ll move onto the designs, which you’ll be able to proof before going into production. Your printed goods will be carefully assembled by hand in the studio before winging their way to you, ready to wow your guests.

As a guide, you’ll need to allow 4-6 weeks for customisable suites and a minimum of 8-10 weeks for bespoke design, from ordering to receiving your stationery. My current availability to take new commissions is around 4 weeks ahead of the current date, so please do make sure you get in touch as early as possible.

If you’re not familiar with different card stocks and print finishes, I recommend ordering some samples from my shop to get a feel of the quality in your hands (you’ll also find occasion cards there).

The three stages of wedding stationery

01

Send these to guests as soon as you know your wedding date so they can mark their calendar and make plans. If you’re not sure about your wedding style yet, they don’t have to match the main invitations, so get them in the post pronto.

WEDDING INVITATIONS

Your invitation suite has two important functions: to communicate important info and to give your guests their first taste of what to expect on your wedding day. There’s also plenty of opportunity to build anticipation and create something really unique that they’ll want to keep. Send these about 6 months before your wedding date.

03

Create a cohesive feel and bring your style through to details on the day itself, such as the order of service, seating plans, menus and place names. There are lots of ways of doing this and the items you choose will become an eye-catching part of the decoration of your venue, as well as lasting keepsakes for you to take home.
